Raiffeisen's new sound identity connects the whole of Switzerland and paves the way for a bank with a clear focus. The challenge was fairly obvious: Raiffeisen's cooperative background makes it a very multi-layered organization with a local presence throughout Switzerland. The very versatile sound logo, which is carried by a clearly recognizable melody, is up to the challenge and has been used since its launch consistently in over 20 different versions. Our empirically designed survey tool «MeloMetric», was a decisive factor in the discourse. With this, the pulse of both employees and customers of the bank was taken in terms of impact and brand fit.
