Clear, fresh, more digital. Close to real life, close to people. With broad investments in an integrated digital and holistic customer experience, Bank Cler underlines the claim of a distinctive challenger across all design levels.
This also includes the background music at the physical point of sale. In order to provide the 24 stores with music that meets both the brand's requirements and the mood of the employees, we have developed a playlist system with over 1,500 pieces of music. The mix of genres, ranging from “urban” to “electronic” and “indie rock”, conveys values such as “open-mindedness”, “diversity” and “digital affinity” and creates an inspiring and varied basic feeling, with regular updates to the playlists providing the necessary freshness. Station IDs derived from the sound DNA identify the playlists as brand-owned assets.
